Techniques
Backstrap loom
Cotton threads are woven one by one on a loom that is adjusted on one side to the waist and on the other to a pole. This technique has been practiced from generation to generation in communities of Oaxaca Mexico.
Ixtle
Ixtle is a very resistant vegetable fiber obtained from the leaves of the agave plant in San Luis Potosí Mexico. To obtain it, different handmade processes are carried out, then the ixtle is woven on a loom to create a characteristic 100% natural product.
